SHORT BIOGRAPHY:

The busty actress claimed interational fame as Hammer's "Queen of horror". But her live didn't start that promising. Born on a train between Poland and Germany who transported her mother to a concentration camp, she was separated from her parents until the age of ten. She worked as a waitress until she got an offer for a lead role in Hammer's "The Vampire Lovers", which was the beginning of establishing her as an icon in the Fantasy/Horror Film genre. Aside from the film genre, she wrote several children's books and, together with her husband, "The Perons" (chronicling the history of the famous Argentinian politicians - published in 1982).
