Summary: The mystery of Chinatown - a community churning with modern commerce, strict tradition and ancient legend. When night falls, business is still hopping - in every form. Terrorizing gangs roam the streets, using intimidation and violence for fun and profit. It's a threat almost impossible to combat - except for a Kyonshee.
Zombie, vampire, un-dead... call it what you will, a Kyonshee is the last shady character you want to run into down a dark alley. Frank Lee (Randy Atmadja), the elderly Chinese shop owner murdered by one of the gangs didn't go without a fight. His Kyonshee came back for revenge. Frank's daughter (Marilyn Tokuda) meanwhile has her own problems with the gang who are looking for Frank's hidden fortune.
If you don't believe, just ask the few survivors. Their tale will give you the jitters...
Note: - The movie was filmed entirely in Toronto but set in Chinatown, Los Angeles.
