Disappointing but a hell a lot of fun!

Chaley Brewster (William Ragasdale) has seen some strange and abnormal things. First he sees his new neighbor Jerry Dandrige (Chris Sarandon) baring his fangs at a pretty girl and very long fingernails. Definitely abnormal. He calls upon famous vampire hunter Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall). Nobody believes him. But Jerry makes him a promise forget about him or he will unleash hell which means killing his beloved girlfriend Amy (Amanda Bearse)...
Disappointing but very frightening it's a great film with a lot of potentional but just waists it, still a great film anyhow. It shows frightening and funny scenes at the same time and for once the sequel is worth watching!
