Our Ranking

short review:

Why did they extend this boring flic to nearly 80', when 20' would have been sufficient for it! There are absolutely no vampires in the movie, although the German release title (Draculas Todesrennen - Dracula's Deathrace) suggests it, but that's pure name-dropping. It is a mystery thriller about a mind-controlled car used as a deadly weapon. The only vampiric contents could be find in the German dubbing. To justify their misleading title, they changed some short sequences into (completely unfitting) "Dracula" instead of "Akaza", the ancient God of revenge which this movie is about. They even named the murdering car "Dracula" - dig it! So, the German title is the only reason to have this movie in your collection.
